September's releases focused on the inbox, where most insurance work still begins.
Broker email triage. Clarix now reads every message in a shared broker inbox, classifies it (new submission, endorsement request, COI request, claim inquiry, general question), links it to the right account, and routes it to the right agent or person. Early customers report that their service teams spend 60 percent less time sorting mail.
Smarter appetite matching. The intake agent now explains its appetite score line by line, citing the guideline and the submission detail behind each judgment.
Refreshed admin console. Admins can now manage agents, permissions and audit exports from a single place, with a full change history.
