About the role
We are looking for a Product Designer to shape how operations teams work alongside AI agents. You will design the moments that matter most: reviewing an agent's work, handling exceptions, and understanding exactly why a decision was made.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end experiences across review queues, configuration and reporting
- Run research with underwriting assistants, claims handlers and account managers
- Prototype quickly and test ideas with customers before we build them
- Contribute to and evolve the Clarix design system
- Partner closely with engineering through launch and iteration
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing complex B2B or workflow software
- A portfolio that shows clear thinking about dense information and edge cases
- Strong prototyping skills and comfort with research
- Excellent written communication and design rationale
- Interest in designing for AI systems and human oversight
