For many brokerages, Applied Epic is where the day's work lives. Starting today, Clarix agents can work there too.
With the new integration, Clarix reads client and policy records in Epic, logs activities and attachments, issues certificates, and updates policy details after an endorsement is processed. Account managers see the agent's work in the same activity timeline they already use, with a clear note of what was done and why.
The integration is available to all Clarix broker customers and supports both Applied Epic cloud and hosted deployments.
