Explainability is not a feature you add later. A look at how Clarix records the evidence, rules and reasoning behind every action an agent takes.

Insurance is one of the most regulated industries in the world, and for good reason. When an agent sets up a claim, checks a policy or sends a broker a request, the business must be able to show exactly what happened and why.

Every Clarix action produces a decision record: the inputs the agent used, the guideline or instruction it applied, the output it produced, and whether a person reviewed it. Records link back to the exact page and line of every source document, and they can be exported in bulk for internal audit, market conduct exams or model governance reviews.

We built this foundation first because we believe it is the only way agentic AI earns a permanent place in insurance operations. Compliance teams should be able to answer any question about an agent's behaviour in minutes, not weeks.
