About the role
Workflow Studio is where operations leaders configure, monitor and review the work Clarix agents do. As a Product Engineer, you will build the interfaces that make complex agent behaviour feel simple, transparent and controllable.
What you'll do
- Build the review queues, dashboards and configuration tools our customers use every day
- Work closely with design to ship polished, accessible interfaces
- Own features end to end, from data model to front end
- Talk to operations users and use their feedback to shape what we build
- Help set front-end standards as the team grows
What we're looking for
- 4+ years building web applications with React and TypeScript
- A strong eye for interaction details and performance
- Experience shipping data-heavy, workflow-style products
- Comfort working directly with customers and designers
- Experience with B2B SaaS for operations teams is a plus
